But I also feel most of your poems have to do with want, and that you write a lot about want, about incompletion and about alienation within the relationships you are describing. Those are my two cents, don't go spending them all in one place now.Aaron Allenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16952124644104563291noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9100657.post-71726347204466789532008-07-24T14:27:00.000-06:002008-07-24T14:27:00.000-06:00i think it's amazing. seriously, so intense. wow...i think it's amazing. seriously, so intense. wow.Anna Bhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02376781793087491281noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9100657.post-15243204426935282022008-07-24T12:01:00.000-06:002008-07-24T12:01:00.000-06:00.That sounds good to me..

That sounds good to me.Th.https://www.blogger.com/profile/16460795570237872290noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9100657.post-57783308077309996262008-07-24T11:05:00.000-06:002008-07-24T11:05:00.000-06:00I agree with Fobby.I agree with Fobby.Christianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02954160939175918093noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9100657.post-72321463092576047492008-07-24T08:21:00.000-06:002008-07-24T08:21:00.000-06:00I think this works beautifully as a personal state...I think this works beautifully as a personal statement--though I do think you need to include a back poem in your sample. Your discussion of leaving Utah could be read as a plea for the admission people to save you from the state, but within the context of the other stuff it works as a statement of what your poetry is about.B.G.
